Located in Victor, NY the Everwild Stables, is proud to offer our friendly, beautiful, 17 acre horse farm consisting of an eight stall block barn, tack storage locker area, 12+ pastures, a round pen, riding area and trails. And it is her experience, along with her professionalism, her emphasis on 1 to 1 instruction, encyclopedic knowledge of horses and her commitment to help each student achieve his/her personal riding goals that makes her and Castle Creek Farms a truly unique experience. Mindy’s goal is to have every student learn to connect, and truly care for the horses and ponies. Her passion for nurturing the relationship between rider and horse shines through everything she does. She truly believes that teaching is not just a job for her, but a way of life. Mindy is one of those rare instructors who understands people as well as she understand horses. Originally from Mendon, New York, Mindy Rudin has over 28 yrs experience. The facility consists of two barns, a large indoor and outdoor riding arena, two indoor lounges, and an outdoor covered lounge with seating area and plenty of riding room.ĬASTLE CREEK FARMS will truly be an unforgettable experience and location.

The riding stable is a wonderful balance of buildings, lawns, picnic areas, riding arenas and paddocks, with outdoor and ind oor wash stalls, and acres of open fields. Castle Creek Farms is nestled in the hamlet of Mendon, New York, on 30 sprawling scenic acres not far from Mendon Ponds Park.
